3. Apply Online
Log into your profile and click "Apply" to jobs that match your interests and skills.
4. Recruiter Application Review & Phone Screen
Once you've applied, a recruiter will review your profile against the qualifications of this position. Qualified candidates will be contacted to proceed in the interview process.
5. Check Status Online
Be sure to regularly check the status of your job application by logging into your profile and viewing the job you've applied to.
6. Hiring Manager Interview
The most qualified candidates will be invited for an in-person or virtual interview. Depending on the position and the client organization's hiring process, candidates are expected to prepare for technical, behavioral and/or team interviews.
7. Employment Offer & Employment Screening
A verbal or written offer will be made to the most qualified candidate. After accepting, you will receive an offer letter via email and begin the pre-employment process, which includes a background check and an I-9 verification.
